I'm Souvik D. โ€” a Community Manager and Operations Manager who genuinely loves the work of bringing people together. Whether it's building a community from scratch, designing systems that actually work, or writing content that makes people feel seen โ€” I show up with care and intention.

I've spent my career at the intersection of people, process, and storytelling. I don't just manage communities โ€” I nurture them. I don't just run operations โ€” I make them human.
